Registration

Registration Deadline is April 12^th, 2010 for papers to be included in the ACM Digital Library (DL).

All registrations must be DONE through: https://iwcmc10.suvisoft.net

Registration Rates:

One author registration covers up to two papers. Each additional paper (3^rd and onward) will be charged 50% of the full registration fee.

 Additional Items:

•  Extra Reception Ticket----------------------30 €

•  Extra Conference Banquet Ticket--------50 €

•  Additional Conference proceedings-----20 €

•  Additional page surcharge----------------100 €

The surcharge is per page for every paper that contains more than 5 pages (Max 2 extra pages).

Camera Ready Guidelines

Authors  MUST READ & FOLLOW the following information carefully, in order for their papers to be published in ACM Digital Library (DL):

•  ACM Copy Right Form -

Authors must download the ACM Copy Right Form (Here) & MUST fill the highlighted parts on pages 2, 3 & 4. ACM will NOT accept any papers without filling out the highlighted items.

•  Camera Ready -

Please download/see  the ACM Camera Ready Form (MS Word -- PDF, Latex) - Authors MUST follow the formatting, Alignment, fonts accordingly.

In the FIRST page, SPECIAL attention is needed:

1. All authors names, emails & affiliation must be at the top (centered) - See the form.

2. The first page MUST contain the following paragraphs:

        Paragraph a: Abstract

        Paragraph b: Categories and Subject Descriptors

        Paragraph c: General Terms

        Paragraph d: Keywords

        Paragraph e: ACM Copy Right strip - At the left lower corner of the first page (Font size: 8 pt) & should state exactly the following: (Just copy & paste the below red text):

The DEADLINE for submitting the Camera-ready version + Copyright form is April 12^th, 2010. 

The paper can be uploaded by login into EDAS using your EDAS user name and accessing the EDAS page for your paper.
The camera-ready version of your paper should incorporate modifications made to address the reviewers comments, and be no more than 5-page long [+2 extra pages at 100 € each] when formatted according to the above ACM guidelines:

All 3 filled & signed pages of the ACM Copy Right Form MUST be uploaded with your Camera-ready manuscript using EDAS. Please make sure you type your EDAS paper number on top of the copyright form.

 Failure to register by this deadline will result in your paper NOT being included in the ACM Digital Library.
